FORMS OF PAYMENT
      Visa, MC , Personal check accepted with drivers license #      (goods will be shipped when check clears)

SHIPPING:
      1. Shipping & Insurance will be charged at either a flat rate of $12.00 or 10% of total amount (whichever is greater).
      2. International shipping & insurance will be charged at International rates.
      3. No tax will be charged.

RETURNS: returns will be accepted under these conditions:
      1. original condition: tags are still on, unused, undamaged and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
      2. shipped back withing 5 days of receipt
      3. all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and are not refundable. Rubenesque is not responsible for lost items.
      4. there will be a handling fee of 15% of original amount (sorry, but it costs money to do the original transaction and to refund money to the account).
      5. any purchase marked "Final Sale" or "Closeout" may not be returned.

POLICIES:
      1.Rubenesque will not offer or sell any information we receive from our clients. All information given by you is confidential and used solely for the purpose of transations with Rubenesque.
      2. All credit card transactions are processed via Wells Fargo Merchant Services and Cardservice International.
